Shipping

  • $6.25 per kit, sent USPS with tracking. Orders over $50 and the Lunch Special ship free.

  • I pack and ship within 3 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.

  • Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after it ships. US only for now.

  • Want it by Dec 25? Order by Dec 15.

Missing a piece? Something arrived damaged?

I'll send you a new one, free. Email hello@khanhnguyenart.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. No need to send anything back.

Returns

Changed your mind? Return any unopened kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the kit price. Email me first and I'll send the return address. Return shipping is on you, and original shipping isn't refunded. Your refund goes back to your card within 5 business days of the kit reaching me.

Holiday gifts: kits bought Nov 1 to Dec 31 can be returned unopened until Jan 31.

Got a kit as a gift? Email me and I'll swap it for a different design (unopened kits; you cover shipping it back to me). I won't tell the person who gave it to you.

If I made a mistake (wrong kit, missing piece that should've been there), I'll send the right one right away and cover all the shipping.

Lost package: if tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email me and I'll sort it out with USPS or send a new kit.
